Dec 18th 2017 Transfers and a trio

Hey Y'all!

So Im just going to list a few things that happened this week. It's
kind of been a blur with transfers, meetings, and trying to figure out
what's going on with everything we're supposed to remember.

1. Trios are awesome. They're kind of insane, and really crazy most of
the time. But it's been a lot of fun. We have a giant mega bed because
our apartment is so small. We also can teach anyone we want to because
there's an odd number of us. Pretty fun.
2. We get to learn ASL! Our ward is part of the deaf ward. So we are
learning to teach in sign. Praying for the gift of tongues because I'm
going to need it.
3. I learned to squish/de shell almonds in order to deep fry them this
week. And they're actually sooo good. She does 50lbs of almonds a
year, we helped her do about 7 pounds of them. That is a lot of
almonds.
4. We did a lot of service setting up Christmas trees and making
Christmas candy. That was tons of fun.

Anyway this week has been such a blur and I'm still not sure what's
going on lol. But I'm super excited for this new transfer and all I
get to learn. It's going to be a blast.

I hope yall have a wonderful Christmas! I love you!

Sister Hoyt
