HowDee Yall

So I really have no idea what to write this week. It has been so so busy and filled with psycho people and righteous indignation.

Our neighbor is completely on drugs and theyve had to call the police twice and mission president and district leaders for the last 3 days because he is kind of scary but so far we are safe. He has been screaming profanities, knocking on our door, walking around in boxers, dumping food all over the place, putting things all around the outside of the apartment, shaved weird spots into his head, put things all over his car, setting things on fire, including rolls of toilet paper saying it was for Jesus, and pretty much all over psycho things you can imagine. We left when the cops finally got here so we will see what happened when we get back to the apartment. Ill keep yall posted next week.

Other than that we had a really good week, literally running from place to place. We were lucky if we could sneak a quick lunch break in it was that busy. But is was a fun week including an awesome zone meeting. The zone leaders secretly asked Tiffany to write down her conversion story and how its changed her life. So they get up and start reading these stories without saying the names and the last one was Tiffany. I just looked at Sister Hafen and we just started bawling. It was amazing to hear. We had no idea the behind the scenes things that were happening with her gaining a testimony. It was a moment I will treasure for my entire life. I will try and include it in a separate email. Also got to see Sister Andrus. That was fun. She is an amazing missionary and will do great as an STL.

We got to do a lot of service this week. This amazing couple in our ward needed a lot of help. The husband just died this morning from cancer and poor health. We have been cleaning out the house and getting things into a garage sale. The wife is moving in with her son and daughter in Tennessee. She has really bad health problems too, but is still optimistic. This family has just amazed me. You walk into their home, where they have so many reasons to be sad, but instead you just have this overwhelming feeling of peace. They were joking, smiling, and just at peace as they went throughout this process. A peace that only comes from the gospel. They know the plan, and they know that death has no victory because of our Saviors infinite love and mercy. They know where he is going, and they know they will be reunited again. This gospel is just the best <3 Grateful for the time I got to spend with them as they taught me that.

Denise is still doing well. We are going to teach the law of chastity this week, so we are a little worried. But the spirit is awesome so we will be ok.

We got to have Easter dinner with our ward mission leader. They even gave us little Easter baskets full of treats. Made us feel loved. We got to teach the lesson in relief society and it was pretty fun. We got a lot of blank stares from some people, but the others who participated made things pretty fun.

Anyway I hope yall had an amazing Easter. Thank you for the emails and support. Love yall!
